1st Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Allegheny Bancshares, Inc., the parent company of PCB, announces first quarter financial results. Net Income increased 73.24% compared to the same period in 2025. Continued margin improvement and moderation in Allowance for Credit Loss provision were primary contributors to these results.
William "Bill" Loving Announces Retirement
During the Annual Shareholders Meeting of Allegheny Bancshares, Inc. (ABI), William A. (“Bill”) Loving Jr. announced that he would be retiring from the position of CEO of ABI and Pendleton Community Bank (PCB) effective July 13, 2026, concluding a distinguished career spanning 54 years in community banking, including more than 25 years leading PCB.
