Universal Banker - Harrisonburg West

PCB is currently hiring to fill the role of Universal Banker at our Harrisonburg West office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: properly and efficiently assisting customers in person and over the phone, in a professional and courteous manner, with their banking needs. This position also will have consumer lending responsibilities which include discussing loans with customers and underwriting up to a defined amount.

Teller/CSR - Staunton

PCB is currently hiring to fill the role of Teller/CSR in our Staunton market. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments in a professional and courteous manner according to established guidelines, opening new accounts, providing service and performing maintenance on existing accounts, assisting with safe deposit box entries, answering customer inquiries, answering and directing calls, cross selling products, resolving customer concerns, while being attentive and alert to the needs of the customers.

 
Bank Intern
The PCB Internship is an exciting, engaging, and collaborative opportunity providing college students with hands-on experience learning the variety of career paths available in community banking through a departmental rotation format and strategic capstone project.
 

Bank Internship Program

Each summer, our internship program offers college students an immersive, hands-on experience in community banking, featuring a rotational format across departments like retail banking, finance, marketing, and more. Over an 8-10 week period, interns collaborate closely with experienced banking professionals and participate in a strategic capstone project, gaining practical insights and building meaningful relationships.

Key responsibilities include engaging in training sessions, contributing to community events, and developing customer service skills. Interns will gain valuable experience, preparing them for future careers in banking while contributing to real-world projects that support our bank and community.
