PCB Announces Promotions within Leadership Teams

PCB is excited to announce promotions within the bank’s Executive Leadership and Management Teams.
In recent years, the bank has experienced significant growth across its West Virginia and Virginia communities. To support this growth, we are announcing an expanded Executive Leadership team. This positions PCB for further growth and success in the years ahead as the organization continues to focus on supporting its customers, team members, and greater communities.

The Board of Directors recently approved the following Executive Leadership Promotions:

Neil Hayslett
Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Sheldon Arbaugh
Executive Vice President, West Virginia Area Executive

Josh Byers
Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer

Aaron Green
Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer

Jonah Pence
Executive Vice President, Virginia Area Executive and Chief Banking Officer

William A. Loving, President and CEO, and Tammy Kesner, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, continue to serve in their respective roles and round out our Executive Leadership Team.

PCB is also thrilled to announce the following promotions within the company’s Management Team:
