Neil joined PCB in July of 2020 as Chief Banking Officer, most recently holding the title of Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. Neil will continue working alongside Wiliam A. Loving, CEO of the institution.

“PCB continues to expand our reach and grow our brand throughout our communities and Neil has been an instrumental part of that success,” said William A. Loving. “As we expand our physical presence and digital offerings to best meet our customers’ financial needs, I along with the Board of Directors determined it was time to split the roles of CEO and President. I look forward to working with Neil as we oversee the bank’s operations and overall strategy for future growth.”

Neil holds over 35 years of banking experience, 28 of which have been in executive leadership positions. He has been actively involved in overseeing the day-to-day operations of PCB since joining the team in 2020 and will continue to do so in the role of President and Chief Operating Officer.

“I am excited for this new role and the opportunity to continue leading a solid organization,” said Neil Hayslett. "As PCB approaches its 100th year of operation, it is evident our model of banking is appreciated. The culture at PCB puts people first, and I’m blessed to work with a group of talented bankers that believe in building customer relationships and giving back to the communities that have proudly supported Your Bank™ since 1925.”

Neil is an active community member, currently serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Hope Distributed CDC. Neil is also a member of the Rockingham County Economic Development Authority and volunteers at his church, First Church of the Nazarene where he is a member of the finance committee.
